Distance Related Price Changes. Update #2

Hello everyone,


Thank you for your continued business! I wanted to inform you about a pricing change regarding our service locations. Starting January 1, 2024, there will be a new minimum time requirement for in-person support. Remote support pricing will remain unchanged and will only require a minimum of 1 hour. Please refer to the listings below for more information. If you are in or near any of the listed locations, please be aware of these minimums starting from January 1, 2024.

The term "minimum time" means the customer agrees to pay a minimum of (1, 2, or 3) hours, regardless of the time taken to resolve the issue or problem.


Below are the 1 Hour minimum required areas.

Montgomery County:

Cheatham County:

Here are a few examples: Ashland City, Pleasant View


Below are 2 Hour minimum required areas.

Davidson County:

Here are a few examples: Nashville, Belle Meade, Bellevue, Antioch


Below are 3 Hour minimum required areas.

Williamson County:

Here are a few examples: Brentwood, Franklin


Notice: 1.) Shawn's Tech Support reserves the right to make changes to service pricing and distance pricing at any time without prior notice.2.) Shawn's Tech Support reserves the right to charge for travel in some cases.
